Refund Policy

We take immense pride in the quality and freshness of our flowers. However, we understand that sometimes things might not go as planned. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, keeping in mind the perishable nature of our products.

Perishable Goods

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your arrangement, please contact us immediately.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your flowers arrive damaged or wilted, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery. We request that you send us a photograph of the damaged product via WhatsApp. Once we verify the issue, we will happily offer a replacement bouquet or a full refund.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Orders cancelled within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover the cost of prepared materials.

Non-Delivery

In the rare event that your order fails to arrive on the scheduled date due to an error on our part, we will issue a full refund or reschedule the delivery for the next available slot, along with a complimentary apology gift.
