We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our fraud avoidance department.

2. Substitution Policy

Flowers are a product of nature, and seasonal availability can vary. Occasionally, we may need to substitute a specific flower type or color within a bouquet. We promise that any substitution will be of equal or greater value and will maintain the overall look and feel of the arrangement you chose.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. We accept payments via Easypaisa, Jazzcash, and Cash on Delivery. Full payment is required to confirm your order, except for COD orders where payment is collected upon delivery.

4. Delivery

We will make every effort to deliver your order on the requested date and time. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or incorrect address details provided by the customer. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address.
